The Bermuda Track and Field Association’s (BTFA) President Donna Watson has announced that the BTFA not only upgrading and looking for opportunities for our athletes but also upgrading local coaches.
Watson said, “We are sending the coaches listed below to coaching courses/training”.
“Xavier James will be heading off on, Thursday October 8, 2009 to a North American and Central American Track & Field Coaches Congress which is being held in San Juan, Puerto October 9th - October 10th. Several top coaches from the region will be presenting at this congress”, continued Watson.
“Bill Euler will be attending an IAAF Level III Course in the Jumping Events in San Juan, Puerto Rico October 25th - November 7th, and Paul Simons will be attending a Level 1 Course in Boca Raton, Florida October 16th - 18th”, concluded Watson.
