For the second time in three weeks, Nia Christopher has been named Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Offensive Player of the Week. Christopher had another big week for Towson University with two goals and one assist in a pair of wins.
Christopher extended her goal-scoring streak to four games and now has a point in the last six games with a total of seven goals and two assists during that stretch. The Bermuda native had a goal in wins against Stony Brook and Hampton while adding an assist.
Christopher has a total of nine goals and seven assists this season for a team and league-best 25 points. Earlier this season Christopher broke the program record for game-winning goals, total goals, and points and is in the top ten all-time in shots.
