Nesbeth & Florida State Season Schedule Announced

LeiLanni Nesbeth and her Florida State Women's Soccer teammates enter its 27th season in 2021 and is coming off of a national runner-up finish in May. The Seminoles have announced their 2021 regular-season schedule, which includes nine homes games inside the Seminole Soccer Complex.

The 17-game regular-season schedule includes six teams that finished the 2020-21 season ranked or in the receiving votes of the United Soccer Coaches Poll. Five of the six teams ended in the top-10 – No. 3 North Carolina, No. 4 Virginia, No. 6 Clemson, No. 7 Duke and No. 8 Texas A&M. All five of those teams made the NCAA Tournament, along with South Alabama and Colorado who are also on FSU’s schedule.

The Seminoles are on the road for eight games in 2021, including five road games in the ACC. The Seminoles are on the road at Colorado (August 29th), at Florida Gulf Coast (September 9th), and at Auburn (September 12th) to complete their out-of-conference schedule.

FSU welcomes Texas A&M (August 19th), Alabama (August 22nd), South Alabama (August 26th) and Florida (September 2nd) to the Seminole Soccer Complex for their home out of conference schedule.

Florida State opens the season at home for the fifth straight year and will host Texas A&M on August 19th and Alabama, which is led by former FSU assistant Wes Hart, on August 22nd. The Noles then host South Alabama on Thursday, August 26th before heading on the road to play Colorado on Sunday, August 29th.

The Garnet and Gold come back home for one game against in-state rival Florida on September 2nd. The Noles wrap up their out-of-conference schedule the next week at FGCU on September 9th and at Auburn on September 12th.

Florida State begins conference play on September 18th as they host Boston College. The Seminoles are home the next Thursday to play Pittsburgh on September 23rd before heading on the road to take on Louisville (September 26th). FSU stays on the road the next week to play one game at Clemson on October 1st.

The Seminoles cap of the season with three of their last six games at home. FSU takes Syracuse (October 7th) and Miami (October 10th) in Tallahassee before going on the road to Virginia Tech (October 15th), North Carolina (October 21st), and Duke (October 24th). Florida State finishes off its regular season with a home game against Virginia (October 28th).

The ACC Tournament is set to begin on Sunday, October 31st.
