The Canaries would pick up a 3 – 1 win over the Sandpipers at the National Sports Center.
Jo Howson would give the Canaries the lead in the 22nd minute with a Field Goal, Howson would double the lead with her second Field Goal of the game in the 27th minute.
The Sandpipers would get themselves back into the game when Kristina Head scored in the 60th minute, but three minutes later the Canaries two goal lead was restored when Cynsey Turner scored a Field Goal.
