In an open email to Club President’s, Nadine Henry announced that Devonshire Recreation Club, Inc. has a new President in Mark Steede.
Henry who served as the club President from 2012 – 2018 was defeated during the clubs AGM on Monday night.
Henry in the letter states, “There is no doubt this young man has the capabilities to lead Devonshire Recreation Club, Inc. I am confident he will bring much perspective on issues to the President’s Forum.”
“I write to share the aforementioned subject line and take opportunity to thank you all for the meaningful dialogue, advice and support over the years,” continued Henry.
Henry went on the write, “It is has been a pleasure and privilege to work with all of you. This forum is still quite young however it is necessary and at times the driving force needed to ensure continued development of sports in turn our clubs.”
Henry concluded, “I encourage you all to see the formalization of this group indeed occurs and becomes an affiliate of both NSGBs with vote.”
