Janeiro Tucker has become the first player in Cup Match history to score 5 centuries in the Classic.
The Classics’ leading scorer had scored 4 centuries at the Wellington Oval, with his final one coming after he announced this Cup Match would be his last.
Tucker’s century came in the 67th over of the Somerset Cricket Clubs first inning when he flicked Stefan Kelly off his pads to the backward square boundary to the delight of all fans around with the Somerset and some St. George’s fans flocking the field to congratulate on of the games best ever.
