Four Sporting organizations have benefited as part of the Cash Back for Communities initiative.
Minister of National Security, Sen. Jeffrey Baron, presented a total of $140,000 in funds to nine local organizations that are doing good works in the community.
As a reminder, the Cash Back for Communities initiative takes the proceeds of crime, seized by law enforcement, and converts that cash into grants to community organizations.
The Sporting organizations collecting $10,000.00 each included the Bermuda Pacers Track Club, the North Village Community Club, the Western Stars Sports Club and the Pembroke Hamilton Club (PHC).
