The island’s second longest running Martial Arts Competition the 28th Skippy KICK was held at Pembroke Sunday School with a majority of Junior competitors.
Forms Grand Champions were M’ty Nearon for the Novice Boys Division, while Kentaro Bean claimed the title for the Intermediate Boys.
Kayare Talbot-Minors won the Intermediate Girls Division and Dominique Brown won the Intermediate Girls Crown.
Tournament promotor Skipper Ingham took the occasion to recognize two of this longest standing senior students, son Zenji Ingham and Geoffrey Rothwell, with rank of Hachiman, eighth degree.
