Ann Lindroth the President of the Bermuda Paralympic Association was all smiles with Jessica Lewis’ accomplishment on Saturday October 24th winning Bermuda’s First IPC World Athletics Championships Bronze Medal.
Lindroth said, “From the Parapan Games we knew something special was going to happen, I am just so happy that she is having the year she has had”.
“She and her coach have worked so hard over the last few years and she is now a threat to the World in the T53 Division,” continued Lindroth.
“We are hoping to celebrate all three of our Paranpan Athletes and now we will have a double celebration with Jessica’s second Medal,” concluded Lindroth.
