Tyler Butterfield was recently asked about the accomplishments of two of Bermuda’s Athletes who have recently had the islands name buzzing.
Flora Duffy captured a Bronze Medal at the Pan American Games and Jessica Lewis brought home a Gold Medal from the Parapan Games.
Butterfield said, “It was amazing to see Duffy’s Bronze Medal at the Pan American Games and Lewis’ Gold Medal at the Parapan Games. It shows the hard work and dedication these athletes and support team is paying off.”
“It come at a great time too with the Rio Olympic only a year away. Bermuda should be very proud of their achievements and it is a great lead into Rio,” continued Butterfield.
Butterfield concluded, “Both of them work incredibly hard and it is awesome to see the results they are achieving.”
