Somerset Cricket Club Win by 8 Wickets
St. George’s Cricket Club 113 & 133 Somerset Cricket Club 154 & 93/2 – AFTERNOON SESSION
St. George’s Cricket Club began the day behind the Somerset Cricket Club first inning lead of 41. St. George’s Cricket Club were bowled out for 133 a lead of 92 runs. Macai Simmons was the top scorer with 30, while Onias Bascome added 29. Malachi Jones was the top bowler for the Somerset Cricket Club with figures of 9-3-21-3, while Derrick Brangman who will no doubt be named Man of the Match finished with figures of 15-4-26-3.
In reply the Somerset Cricket Club scored 93/2 with Terryn Fray scoring 61 not out and captain Jekon Edness not out on 19. Kyle Hodsoll returned figures of 5-1-17-1 for the St. George’s cricket Club, while Stefan Kelly bowled 4-0-23-1.
