Stage Seven was in the Cinta Costera 1 of Panama City, the curtain falls on this edition of the Tour De Panama, with a closed circuit of 18 laps where the sound of the waves and the beautiful bay of Panama behind will adorn the stage with a total of 99.66 kilometers.
Flannery finished Stage 7 in 78th clocking a time of 2:05:05, he with the lead pack of riders, all 99 of them were clocked at the same time.
With his time Flannery was 24th in the Under 23 Division in Stage 7.
At the conclusion of Stage 7, Flannery moved up several places to finish in 37th place with an overall time of 14:53:07, he finished 21:43 behind the overall winner Bolivar Espinosa.
