Conor White concluded competing in the Speed Week Series of Crits in South Carolina and Georgia.
In Race Three, White competed in the College Park Criterium in Atlanta.
White said, “This was the final day of the series and I made it into the final breakaway of the day with 16 laps to go. After attacks started flying I lost contact with the break but still managed to finished 4th on the day.”
White was clocked across the line in a time of 59.57.0, sixteen seconds behind the stage winner Bryan Gomez.
White went on to say, “The Athens Twilight Criterium was everything I was told it would be.
The atmosphere from the crowds was crazy, 100+ guys racing around a dimly lit 1km course at 45kmph was such an adrenaline rush.
Such an awesome race to experience! I can’t wait to line up again next year.”
