Kaden Hopkins was back in action competing in Stage Two of the Vuelta Al Guadalentin, Spain.

The day’s Stage was the most demanding day with 5 challenging hills before reaching the town of Lorca and ascending the Fortaleza del Sol. The chain of efforts and the strong pace will lead to differences between the favorites, with an explosive finale.
Hopkins continues his impressive start with a 10th place finish, he was once again the highest Essax finisher clocking a time of 3:38:48, which was six seconds behind the Stage winner Benjami Prades Reverte who clocked 3:38:42.
Hopkins is now 3rd overall with a combined time of 3:46:02, he trails overall leader Abel Balderstone Roumens by 7 seconds.
