The weather held off and the course soaked up the early morning rainfall to enable the Bermuda Golf Association to complete another successful Bermuda Four-Ball Championship at the Port Royal Golf Course.
Damian Palanyandi and Jarryd Dillas defended their Four-Ball Championship title for a third successive year and extended their overnight lead to win the Men’s Gross Championship, the pair shot a Second Round 8-under par 63, to finish at 14-under par. Jevon Roberts and Oliver Betshart shot a Second Round 6-under par 65 to finish second at 7-under par, while James Godwin and Christopher Ford finished third after their Second Round 4-under par 67 to finish at 4-under par.
The Ladies Gross Championship title was won by Cindy Ratzlaff and Morgan Lightbourne who shot 14-over par, Linda Down and Lesley Balcombe finished second at 23-over par, and Valerie Nearon and Donna Jones finished in third after at 31-over par.
Robert Vallis and Arthur Jones won the Men’s Senior Gross Championship after a Second Round 6-under par 65, Craig Christensen and Hav Trott finished in second at Even par overall, and Steven Lambert and Gregory Smith finished in third at 8-over par.
