In winds gusting to 30 knots, the Bermuda Four-Ball Championships got underway at Port Royal Golf Course.
James Godwin & Christopher Ford are the Men’s Open Gross Division leaders along with Jarryd Dillas & Damian Palanyandi, both teams shot 1-under par 70’s, and four other teams are at 1-over 72.
In the Ladies Open Gross Division, the team of Tracy Burgess & Ann Symonds are the leaders after a round of 4-over par 75, Linda Down & Ebonie Cox are in second one stroke back, Kim Botehlo & Alisa Sadeh are in third after shooting 8-over par 79.
In the Senior Gross Division, Calvin Hendrickson & Craig Christensen hold a commanding five-stroke lead over the second-place team of Nitin Aggarwal & Ian Page. Hendrickson and Christensen shot a round of 2-over par 73, Aggarwal and Page shot 7-over par 78, and the team of Andrew Wright and Norman Wilson are a further stroke back.
