Daniel Augustus competed in the APGA Tour Deere Run, at the TPC Deere Run, in Silvis, Illinois.
Augustus shot a 2-round 4-over par 146, this after rounds of 1-over par 72, and 3-over par 74, to finish T17th.
In his First Round, Augustus carded 4 Birdies, 11 Pars, 2 Bogeys, and 1 Triple Bogey.
And then in the Second Round, Augustus had 3 Birdies, 12 Pars, 1 Bogey, 1 Double Bogey, and 1 Triple Bogey.
Augustus said, "I was one shot out of the money, maybe Tripling 18 Two Rounds in a row didn’t help or Doubling 16 today, I only had two other Bogeys.
Either way, I played great golf for 31 holes, some might think the 5 holes I played at +10 destroy the good I did but seriously beg to differ. That’s only 5 swings from winning the tournament I’m trending in the right direction."
