Nathan Armstrong was a member of the Rider University's Men's Track and Field team which competed in the Colonial Relays hosted by William & Mary.
During the Men’s 1500m Armstrong would finish 4th overall with a time of 3:54.38. Armstrong was just 0.30 secs off his father Terrance Armstrong’s sophomore Personal Best & Bermuda Under 20 Junior National record.
Armstrong would run the second leg alongside Richie Castaneda, Gobi Thurairajah, and Noah Taylor for Rider during the Men’s Relay 4x1500m squad that finished 7th of 22 teams with a time of 16:17.56.
