www.islandstats.com can confirm after discussions with both Mike Sand the President of NACAC and the President of the Bermuda National Athletics Association Donna Raynor, no further information regarding the Carifta Games 2021 will likely be made until the New Year.
President Sands told www.islandstats.com, “We recently held discussions with the leadership of Bermuda on the latest developments in Bermuda and the implications for that member federation’s hosting of the Carifta Games 2021.”
Raynor said, “We delivered an update to the NACAC Information Session. It was agreed to have NACAC conduct a survey amongst member federations on the Games, allowing for inputs relating to the impact of COVID-19 on their participation.”
