The penultimate day of the ILCA4 Youth World Championships lived up to expectations and provided sailors with an incredible back-to-back test of physicality and the mental toughness required to be a world champion.
Another day of strong winds in Dublin Bay greeted the battle-hardy competitors and the persistent 18 – 22 knot conditions proved a test of readiness for all concerned.
Sergio de Frias continued competing in the Silver Fleet, de Frias came off the water in 34th place with 367 Net Points.
Two races took place yet again with de Frias finishing 24th in the first race of the day, and then he crossed the line 28th in the second race.
