Wonderful wind conditions today to close the 2021 EurILCA Radial Youth European Championships & Open European Trophy in a great way in Kastela, Croatia.
Following yesterday’s sequence, the wind only arrived in the afternoon for Sebastian Kempe and the other competitors, but strong enough to raise from 10 to 20 knots on the final pack of races.
Kempe would come off the water down 4 spots in 25th overall in the Boy's Fleet, he was also 7th in the Under 17 Division.
Kempe did not have a good day in the conditions with finishes of 22nd, 52nd, and 39th.
