The Bermuda Football Association (BFA) announced the appointment of Michael Findlay as the new Senior Men's National Team Head Coach.

Hailing from both Canadian and United Kingdom origins, Findlay has carved an impressive path in the world of football, marked by his dedication to elevating the sport's standards and nurturing emerging talent. His extensive coaching journey includes significant milestones:
Grenada Men’s National Team Program: Head Coach and Manager of Football Development. Including the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2021.
FIFA Technical Consultant: Findlay's invaluable insights were sought by FIFA's Development Department, where he provided technical consulting to member associations.
Canadian Premier League: As the Director of Football Development, Findlay played an integral role in the Canadian Premier League's mission to enhance domestic football talent.
Canadian Soccer Association: Serving as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, U23 Head Coach, and Youth Teams Head Coach. Assistant Coach during FIFA World Cup Qualifying campaigns, including Qatar 2022 and Russia 2018.
The selection process for the new Senior Men's National Team Head Coach was meticulous and thorough, with over 70 applicants with varying backgrounds and qualifications. The BFA firmly believes that Findlay's appointment marks a new era for the team, defined by innovation, strategic brilliance, and a dedication to nurturing emerging soccer talent.
