Nahki Wells and his Bristol City teammates retained the bragging rights over their Severnside rivals, as they made it three straight wins against Cardiff City with a 2 - 0 win at Ashton Gate.
The opening goal came in the 41st minute when the ball was spread wide to Wells and he crossed for Tommy Conway, who did superbly well to get ahead of his man and steer his header into the far corner.
Bristol City would add a second in the 64th minute when Robert Atkinson found the back of the net.
