Bermuda's English Footballers Round Up

21-year-old goalkeeper Nathan Trott, was named in a first-team matchday squad for the fourth time in his career as West Ham United took on Everton in their Carabao Cup match.

In the 11th minute Dominic Calvert-Lewin puts Everton in front, beating the offside trap, collecting Michael Keane's long ball over the top and lofting the finish past the advancing Darren Randolph.

One minute into the second half West Ham United drew level, Andriy Yarmolenko found Johnson wide on the right. His cross clears everyone but goes through to Felipe Anderson, who controls on his chest and pulls back for Robert Snodgrass, whose first-time shot curls away from Jordan Pickford and into the top left-hand corner.

In the 55th minute Everton was back in front when Richarlison collects wide on the left, cuts inside into space in the center of the pitch, shoots from 25 yards and the ball is deflected past Randolph and into the net.

It was 3 – 1 in the 77th minute as West Ham clear initially through Rice's header, but Johnson then headed the ball back into the penalty area, where Sigurdsson collects and hits the post, the ball rebounded and Calvert-Lewin scores.

Everton extended their lead in the 84th minute when Calvert-Lewin completed his hat-trick. The striker was bang in form and he clinically finishes again, low into the bottom left-hand corner from a pass.

D’ANDRE WAINWRIGHT

D’Andre Wainwright scored but he and his Durham City teammates gave up a 2 – 0 lead to fall 3 – 2 to Newcastle University.

Felida Di Livio gave Durham the lead in the 38th minute, with Wainwright doubling the lead in the 43rd minute. Newcastle University would get two goals from Niza Chilufya and a single strike from Timothy Browne that completed the comeback.

J’NAI BUTTERFIELD STEEDE
J'Nai Butterfield-Steede and his Kendal Town Football Club teammates picked up a 1 – 0 win over City of Liverpool.

After a scoreless first half Kendal Town got the only goal of the game in the 85th minute when Jamie Hodgson scored in the 80th minute, Butterfield-Steede was replaced in the 85th minute as his teammates hung on for the win.
