Zeiko Lewis and his Charleston Battery teammates played to a 1 – 1 draw with Miami FC on the road.
The two teams were scoreless at the half.
Four minutes into the second half, Charleston Battery would take the lead on a Stavros Zarokostas blast from some 30 yards out.
Logan Gdula beat a defender and then found Lewis, Lewis would hold off two defenders, before he who would square the ball to Angelo Kelly, Kelly would pass to Zarokostats who’s right-footed shot would fire into the top corner past a diving goalkeeper outstretched left hand.
Miami would find the equalizer with four minutes remaining, with Miguel Gonzalez leveling the score deflecting a shot from a teammate that gave the Charleston goalkeeper no chance.
