The Bermuda Men’s National team were scheduled to play two matches today in the President Cup MCL T20 Tournament at the Wesley Chapel District Park Ground in Tampa.
They did play the first match, however due to injuries confirmed by Bermuda Cricket Board Executive Director Cal Blankendal the Bermuda team withdrew from the tournament.
In their opening match Bermuda were sent to bat by the Triads Dragons. Bermuda would score 204/6 in their allotted 20 overs Man of the Match Kamau Leverock was the top scorer with 65 before retiring, Shehryar Khan was the top bowler for the the Triads Dragons returning figures of 4-0-30-2.
In reply the Triads Dragons were bowled out for 88, Kamran Khan was the top scorer with 22, while Leverock returned figures of 3-0-20-4.
