The Bermuda Cricket Board Cricket Committee Chairman Steven Douglas released the 2022 Domestic Cricket League 50 Overs Schedule.
Douglas stated, “There have been challenges with field availability but thanks to our Members and their hard work we have been able to overcome that.
We expect more challenges similar to how the rest of the country is adjusting.”
Douglas concluded, “I wish all the clubs a successful 2022 season.”
Somerset Bridge and the Bermuda Under 19 Team will get the season underway at the White Hill Field in a First Division encounter on Saturday, May 21st.
The Premier Division will get underway on Sunday, May 22nd, with Willow Cuts hosting the St. David’s Cricket Club at the Somerset Cricket Club, St. George’s Cricket Club are to host the Somerset Cricket Club at a venue to be decided, while Bailey’s Bay host the Southampton Rangers at the Sea Breeze Oval.
First Division matches on the same day will see Flatt’s Victoria entertain Western Stars at Lord’s in St. David’s, PHC will host the Devonshire Recreation Club at the PHC Stadium, and Warwick Workmen’s Club will play Cleveland County at the Southampton Oval.
