The Bermuda Police Service returned to Cricket at the Police Field as the Back Yard Cricket league got underway.
Sluggo's Angels won the toss and sent the Bermuda Police Service to bat, they had the Police in early trouble at 11/2, however, a 54-run 4th wicket partnership helped steady the ship, before the 5th wicket stand of 60 put a total of 145/4 on the board. Caleb JN Pierre was the top scorer with 39 not out, while Chantel Oosthuizen was the pick of the Sluggo's Angels Team bowlers returning figures of 3-0-34-2.
In reply Sluggo's Angels were bowled out for 66, Oosthuizen was the top scorer with 11, while Terry-Lynn Paynter was the pick of the Bermuda Police Service bowlers with figures of 3-0-20-3.
