A relentless 32-goal barrage lit up the PCC Hockey Rink as the Bermuda Ball Hockey League delivered an exhilarating double-header of high-octane offensive action.
Samuel Vieira was the standout performer of the evening, registering a five-goal haul to lead Positive Image Dental to an emphatic 9-4 victory over Spine & Sport in the opening contest.
Positive Image Dental dictated proceedings from the outset, with Vieira proving unplayable around the crease. His five-strike masterclass was complemented by goals from Curran Trenouth, Adam Mattatal, Luca Papania, and Chris Allington.
Spine & Sport mounted resistance through individual markers from James Amaral, Hart Freedman, Nick Goddard, and Graham Pittman, but they were unable to contain their opponents' cutting edge in the offensive zone.
The scoring tempo reached even greater heights in the second fixture, where Hamilton Princess edged Alexandra Mosher 11-8 in a gripping 19-goal shootout.
Robbie Bailey led the charge for Hamilton Princess with four goals, while Matthew Benson, Matthew Ingleman, and Matt Macphail each bagged two goals, backed up by a single from Ryan Bates.
Alexandra Mosher pushed the victors to the wire behind a four-goal display from Tom Duggan and a double from Nathan Kowalski. Greg Van Der Made and Cole Haggett also found the back of the net, but Hamilton Princess kept their composure down the stretch to seal maximum points in an unforgettable contest.
