Bermuda will field one of their largest squads in recent years as an eight-rider team heads to the Dominican Republic for the 2026 Caribbean Elite and Under-23 Road Cycling Championships this weekend.
Taking place across October 10th – 11th, the championships will see Bermuda look to strengthen their position as the region’s dominant cycling force, currently holding more medals across the elite and junior categories than any other nation.
Kaden Hopkins and Nic Narraway headline the men’s contingent and are set to contest both the individual time trial and the road race.
They will be bolstered in the road race by Conor White, Dominique Mayho, and Alexander Miller, forming a formidable five-man unit capable of controlling the peloton.
In the women’s events, Gabriella Arnold leads the charge, taking on both the time trial and road race, where she will be joined in the latter by Panzy Olander.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Millington makes the step up to the Under-23 ranks after a standout campaign last year, where she claimed junior time trial gold alongside a road race silver. She will contest both disciplines in the Dominican Republic.
Bermuda head into the weekend riding a wave of regional momentum, with their junior and juvenile riders having already secured four medals earlier in the 2026 season.
The focus now shifts to the senior and Under 23 riders to deliver on the road and add to the island's record-breaking haul.
