A temporary no-fly zone will be enforced over the W.E.R. Joell Tennis Stadium in Bermuda later this month to ensure safety and security during the upcoming Davis Cup tie.
The Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) has issued a formal restriction order prohibiting unauthorized flights directly above the venue across the entire weekend of competition, running from September 19th to 20th 2026.
The restriction, enacted under Article 68 of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013, bans all non-participating aircraft, gliders, airships, balloons, microlights, and unmanned aerial vehicles—commonly known as drones.
