Jennifer Toope managed to pull one back for CG late in the game, ensuring a frantic finale, but Spine & Sport held firm under the mounting pressure to secure a vital 4–3 victory.
The result provides a significant boost for Spine & Sport as they look to climb the league standings, while CG will be left to rue a period of lapsed concentration that allowed the game to slip away.
