Welcome to the debut of the IslandStats.com School Sports Round-up. This monthly series is dedicated to the heartbeat of our local community—the student-athletes, faculty members, and alumni who continue to fly the Bermudian flag high.
Unlike your standard sports page, this column is driven by the schools themselves. We are opening our doors to reports from student journalists and physical education departments to celebrate the excellence occurring within their walls. We kick off this inaugural edition with submissions from Warwick Academy, Saltus Grammar School, and Somersfield Academy.
Warwick Academy takes us on a journey of years in sports at the school. At Saltus, the focus is on several different athletes, and Somersfield Academy highlights team and individual performances.
