A total of five matches were played between the Premier and First Divisions with 19 goals scored.

PREMIER DIVISION

X-Road’s 2 Devonshire Colts 5


Devonshire Colts powered their way to the top of the Premier Division standings with a resounding 5-2 victory over X-Road’s at Lord’s in St. David’s. The result was spearheaded by a sensational hat-trick from Senoj Mitchell.

Colts burst out of the blocks, with Mitchell opening the scoring in the second minute before Elisha Darrell doubled the lead just seven minutes later. Mitchell struck again in the 22nd minute to give Colts a commanding 3-0 advantage. X-Road's managed to pull one back through an own goal in the 34th minute, sending the teams into the break at 3-1.

X-Road’s threatened a comeback when Krishun Douglas made it 3-2 in the 68th minute. However, Jahzardae Samuels restored the two-goal cushion for Colts in the 83rd minute before Mitchell sealed his impressive hat-trick one minute into stoppage time.

Young Men Social Club 2 St. George’s Colts 2

At the Police Field, Young Men Social Club and St. George’s Colts could not be separated.

Zeiko Lewis gave Social Club a 1-0 lead in the 36th minute. Jarazinho Bassett levelled for St. George’s in the 53rd minute, but Josh Hardtman quickly restored Social Club’s lead ten minutes later. The St. George's Colts ensured a point when Malachi Trott found the net in the 80th minute to make it 2-2.

Devonshire Cougars 2 PHC Zebras 2

The clash at the Devonshire Recreation Club between Devonshire Cougars and PHC Zebras also finished level.

Enrique Russell put the Zebras ahead in the first minute of play. Kydan Browne equalised for the Cougars in the 28th, and Domico Coddington then gave the home side the lead six minutes later. Just before the half-time whistle, Chance Eve scored for PHC to make it 2-2, and a scoreless second half ensured the points were shared.

FIRST DIVISION

Vasco 1 Southampton Rangers 2


Southampton Rangers maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a tight 2-1 win over Vasco at Police Field.

Anthony Rocker put Rangers ahead in the 15th minute with a superb 25-yard free kick, only for Lucas Da Silva Marcal to hit back with a 25-yard free kick of his own in the 26th minute. Dominique Hill scored the winner in the 62nd minute with a strike from outside the box, securing the three points for Rangers.

Somerset Trojans 0 Hamilton Parish 0

Hamilton Parish failed to show up for their match against the Somerset Trojans at the Somerset Cricket Club.

St. David’s 0 Wolves 1

Meanwhile, Wolves earned their first win of the campaign, narrowly edging past St. David’s 1-0 at Lord’s.

After a tense, goalless first half, the winner came late when Kyle Brangman scored for Wolves in the 84th minute.
