Winning the toss and electing to bat, Devonshire Recreation Club posted a total of 176/6 in their 40 overs. The standout performance came from George O'Brien Jr, who top-scored with a quickfire 52 not out from just 55 balls, including five sixes. For the Rangers, Dion Stovell was the most effective bowler, taking two wickets for 37 runs from his eight overs.
In their chase, Southampton Rangers made light work of the target, reaching 177/4. Captain Dalin Richardson led from the front with a superb unbeaten 77 from 83 balls, an innings that included ten fours and a six.
