IslandStats.com
Bermudian athletes delivered a series of strong performances on Day Seven of the Junior Pan American Games, with Sebastian Kempe claiming the island's second medal of the games in sailing.

Sailing

Sebastian Kempe secured a superb silver medal after a day of three races in the ILCA7 Fleet. He held on to the second-place position he started the day with, despite a challenging start with an 11th-place finish in the first race of the day. Kempe then mounted a strong comeback, winning the next race and finishing third in the final one.

In the ILCA6 Fleet, Nicole Stovell finished eighth overall with 36 net points. Stovell showed consistent improvement throughout the day, finishing 10th in the first race, 9th in the second, and 8th in the final race.

Rugby

The Bermuda rugby team took to the field for their final matches, looking to improve on their Day One results. In their 5-8 place playoff match, they fell to a narrow 12-10 defeat to Mexico. Bermuda's tries came from Aiden Kendall and Dante Noel-Simmons, with Kendall and Brandon Sangster adding a conversion each.

In the 7th-8th place playoff, Bermuda faced a rematch with Trinidad, a team that had defeated them the day before. Bermuda was defeated 24-10, with tries from Noel-Simmons and Nyindae Smith, and two conversions from Kendall. The results mean Bermuda finishes in eighth place.

Cycling

In cycling, Charlotte Millington competed in the Girls' Road Race, finishing 32nd with a time of 2:52:08. She crossed the line just 49 seconds behind the winner, Julieta Benedetti Venturella from Argentina.
