The Bermuda Football Association has released the full schedule for the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers Final Round, setting out the island nation's challenging path to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
As we reported last night, Bermuda has been drawn into a competitive Group B, alongside regional powerhouses Jamaica, Curaçao, and Trinidad & Tobago. The schedule features an even split of three home matches and three away fixtures for the Bermudian squad.
Bermuda will kick off their Final Round campaign with a crucial home game against Jamaica on Matchday 1 in September 2025. This will be a significant early test in front of their home support.
Matchday 2, also in September 2025, will see Bermuda hit the road to face Curaçao, providing an immediate challenge on foreign soil.
October 2025 brings another two fixtures: Bermuda will entertain Trinidad & Tobago for Matchday 3, before embarking on a return journey to face Jamaica on Matchday 4.
The final two group matches in November 2025 are equally pivotal. Bermuda will host Curaçao for Matchday 5, before concluding their Final Round journey with an away trip to face Trinidad & Tobago for Matchday 6.
At the conclusion of group play, the ultimate prize awaits: the three group winners will secure direct qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, joining co-hosts Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Furthermore, the two best second-place finishers across all groups will advance to a FIFA Intercontinental Play-Off, scheduled for March 2026. This new and expanded format offers Concacaf the unprecedented potential to have a record eight teams represented at the upcoming FIFA World Cup. Bermuda will be eager to make history.
