The second half saw fewer goals but no shortage of tension. The Somerset Trojans had a golden opportunity to snatch a winner when they were awarded another penalty, but this time Mills was unable to convert, leaving the scoreline unchanged and the two teams ultimately sharing the points.

The North Village Rams took the lead in the 21st minute courtesy of a goal from Owen Botelho. However, Wolves managed to level the score right on the stroke of half-time, with Kydan Browne finding the back of the net. But the celebrations were short-lived for Wolves as Jayce Basden immediately restored North Village's lead, sending them into the break with a 2-1 advantage.
Wolves fought back in the second half, drawing level in the 63rd minute through a goal from Torque Outerbridge. Just three minutes later, North Village faced a significant setback when they had a player sent off, reducing them to ten men. Despite being a man down, the North Village Rams showed resilience and determination. In the dying moments of stoppage time, Botelho stepped up once again, scoring his second goal of the game to snatch a dramatic 3-2 victory for North Village Rams.
