Footy Promotions announced the return of its Youth Futsal League, set to begin on Sunday, May 18th, at the National Sports Centre (Hockey Pitch).
The league will run weekly on Sundays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 11.
The Youth Futsal League provides a fun and fast-paced environment where young players can enhance their technical skills, game awareness, and teamwork through small-sided matches. Each player will receive a Youth League kit as part of their participation.
“We are thrilled to host the Youth Futsal League again,” said a spokesperson for Footy Promotions. “Futsal offers tremendous benefits for young players—it sharpens technical ability, enhances quick decision-making and builds confidence with the ball.
Our league will have a light coaching approach to promote creativity and collaboration as players solve in-game challenges.
The league is selected by draft to ensure balanced teams; however, we encourage players to bring their friends to increase the possibility of playing together. We look forward to providing a platform for young players to show their skills and also assisting with their development.”
Footy Promotions extends a special thanks to the Bermuda Football Association for their continued support and commitment to the development of youth players through futsal.
