One scored his team’s winner, one player set up his team’s first goal, and another sustained a nasty injury.

NAHKI WELLS

Nahki Wells’ teammate Andi Weimann’s added-time winner secured Bristol City’s first away win of 2022 on the back of a dogged defensive display.

The Austrian’s 17th goal of the season in the 92nd minute sent the 480 City fans home happy as they grabbed all three points at Ewood Park.

Dan Bentley's 80th-minute penalty save from Bradley Dicks kept Bristol City in the game and their reward came when Weimann connected with Joe Williams' miss-hit shot.

DALE EVE

Dale Eve was not in the Spennymoor Town team that produced a sharp second-half performance picking up a 2 - 1 win over Kettering Town.
