www.islandstats.com can confirm that three Bermuda Track and Field athletes met the Carifta Standard during the Bermuda vs. Canada Track meet at the National Sports Center.
The first was Ashley Irby who clocked a Women’s 1500m winning time of 4:56.01.
Sakari Famous will make yet another trip to the Carifta Championships when she met the Women’s High Jump mark on her way to a winning leap of 1.70m.
With a leap of 1.95m, Elisha Darrell book a ticket on the plane in the Men’s High Jump.
