The Bermuda 22 men roster held their final training session before they depart Bermuda in the morning heading to the Men's U19 and Senior Women's 15 a-side championships in Nassau, Bahamas.
The players were given a light session, and then a final talking to by the coaching staff before heading home.
In the U19’s, schedule the reigning Caribbean champions Cayman play against Bermuda and Bahamas in Pool A, while in Pool B the 2009 Runners Up, Mexico, will play against Trinidad & Tobago and Barbados.
Bermudawill play their first match on August 16th against the Bahamas, before they take on Cayman on August 18th. The finals will take place on August 21st.
