Day One of the Bermuda Bicycle Association’s National Heroes Day Stage Race took place at Morgan’s Points Circuit.
Garth Thompson riding for Altree/Bicycle Works won the Male Open Race with Darren Glasford riding for Winners Edge second and his teammate Mark Hatherley third. Dee Thomson riding for Altree/Bicycle Works won the Female A Division, while Clifford Roberts Jr. riding for Altree/Bicycle Works won the Male B Class. Norbert Meyer also riding for Altree/Bicycle Works finished second and Scott Mello finished third.
