Graham Miller is the 2009 Sinclair Packwood Memorial Race Winner.
Greg Hopkins made a break from start going out fast leading the field when the pack caught him just before the Somerset Bridge, the race had several lead changes that included Kent Richardson, Mark Hatherley, Arthur Pitcher Jr. and Garth Thomson taking turns.
Miller made his move outside of the City Hall, overtaking Pitcher,who made a break as the pack made the turn at the Bird Cage, Miller’s move almost cost him as his foot slipped out off the pedal, but his momentum carried him over the hill before taking the corner a Cedar Avenue and with the finish line in site Miller was able to hold off defending champion Wayne Scott.
