Bermuda’s Women's Hockey team began competing in the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games. They would fall 3 – 2 to Barbados in their opening match.
Bermuda would get goals from Yvonna Osborne, and Elizabeth Stewart, while Barbados got two goals from Nakira Downes and a single strike from Ayanna Wilson.
