In the opener the Pembroke Pirates defeated the Boaz Island Beer Barons 7 – 6.
The Pembroke Pirates go three goals from Mathieu Desjardins, and Matty Ingleman, while Jeff Ingleman added the other. The Boaz Island Beer Barons got two goals apiece from James Amaral, Marcel Bouwens, and Jeremy Estey.
Hamilton Hurricanes 8 Paget Pistols 4
In the nightcap the Hamilton Hurricanes defeated the Paget Pistols 8 – 4. Wayne Woloshyn led the Hamilton Hurricanes with 4 goals, while Chris Jackson added two goals, and Wyatt Woloshyn, and Matt Benson added a goal each. Brian White scored a hat-trick for the Paget Pistols, with Matthew Katzsch adding the other.
