It was a night full of goals at the PCC Hockey Rink as 27 goals were scored in the latest round of Bermuda Ball Hockey Inline Summer League play.
Boaz Island Beer Barons 6 Hamilton Hurricanes 5
The opener needed a shootout goal to decide a winner as the Boaz Island Beer Barons edged the Hamilton Hurricanes 6 – 5.
During regulation time the Boaz Island Beer Barons got single strikes from Ian Beaudoin, James Amaral, Tyson Barnett, Jeremy Estey, and Matt Mcphail, with Bill Cazlko scoring the Shootout goal. The Hamilton Hurricanes got two goals from Matt Benson, and Wayne Woloshyn, with Pete Brodsky adding the other.
Paget Pistols 6 Pembroke Pirates 10
In the nightcap, the Pembroke Pirates defeated the Paget Pistols 10 – 6.
Mathieu Desjardins, Jeff Ingleman, Moad Fahmi, Hart Freedman, and Matt Ingleman all scored two goals each for the Pembroke Pirates, while the Paget Pistols got 4 goals from Kris Abramoski, and single strikes from Josh Wilson and Ryan Wilson.
