Manitoba Moose 2 Quad City Mallards 9
The Quad City Mallards defeated Manitoba Moose 9 – 2, the Quad City Mallards got a hat-trick off the stick of Ryan Marshall, Matthew Fullerton added two goals, while Richard Campbell, Jef Morash, Ryan Pink and Anthony Kapsimalis all added a goal each. Tanner and Jeff Burnett scored a goal each for the Manitoba Moose.
Red Army 4 San Francisco Spiders 6
The San Francisco Spiders defeated the Red Army 6-4 in the nightcap. Shane Matchett scored a hat-trick to lead the San Francisco Spiders to victory, while Jeff Loper, Chad Booth and JM Tremblay all added a goal each. The Red Army got two goals each from Christopher Jackson and Ben Wilshaw.
