Red Army 10 Allen Americans 6
In the opener the Red Army defeated the Allen Americans 10 – 6, the Red Army were led to victory by Christopher Jackson who scored a hat-trick, while Christopher Merritt added two goals. Matt Katzsch, Hart Freedman, Kit Cunningham, Bill Calko and Jeoffrey Chisnall all added a goal each. The Allen Americans got a hat-trick off the stick of Jeffrey Ingelman, while John Duda, Brian White and Derek Winch all added a goal each.
San Francisco Spiders 5 Manitoba Moose 1
Adrian Stromberg scored twice to lead the San Francisco Spiders to a 5 – 1 victory over the Manitoba Moose. Shane Matchett, JM Tremblay and Jeff Loper all found trhe back of the net for the winners, while Deepak Popat scored the lone goal for the Manitoba Moose.
