The stage is set for the 2022 Rugby Americas North Super Sevens tournament in Mexico City November 11th – 13th at UNAM’s Deportivo Alfredo Harp Helu grounds.
The event will serve as RAN’s largest tournament held to date with 29 teams from 13 countries competing across senior men, senior women, and age-grade men’s and women’s sides.
Most participating countries are also working to qualify for future events in 2023 namely the World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series, the 2023 Pan American Games, and the 2023 Centro Caribe Games.
SENIOR WOMEN – Saturday, November 12 & Sunday, November 13th
This bracket will see six teams facing off in round-robin play over the two days of competition. Once each side has played one another, standings will determine seeds for three final matches in 5 v 6, 3 v 4, and 1 v 2.

SENIOR MEN – Saturday, November 12th & Sunday, November 13th
This bracket will boast 11 teams, creating two pools of four and one pool of three. Day 1 will determine the top eight teams to progress into Day 2’s Cup Quarterfinals while the bottom three teams head into round-robin, pool play for places 9th – 11th.
